We’re Pat and Alana. Together, we’re the husband-and-wife team behind Scanlon Sells Team — asking the questions people don’t know to ask, staying hands-on throughout the process, and sticking around long after the keys change hands.

Pat has been licensed since 2006 and runs every transaction from first conversation to closing day. Alana joined in 2016 and leads the marketing and client relationships. Between us, that means nobody hands you off.

We’re a two-person team, and that’s on purpose. No revolving door of assistants, no getting passed to whoever happens to be free that week. The person you meet is the person who runs your deal.

When you sell with us, professional photography, floor plans, and staging are all part of how we prepare your home for the market. We even own our own staging inventory, giving us the flexibility to make sure each home is presented at its best. We believe great marketing starts with thoughtful preparation, and we’re hands-on throughout the entire process.

Most of our business still comes from people we’ve already worked with and the people they send our way. That’s the part we’re proudest of.
