What it means if you own in Canton

Canton values rose this summer and homes sold faster than last year. With 10 of 21 active listings already cutting their price, buyers are paying for the right house, not any house, so pricing right from day one matters. Townwide numbers can't tell you what your home is worth. Your street, your updates and your timing all move the number.
