Freetown is a small market: 27 single-family homes sold this summer, compared with 15 a year ago. The median sale was $620,000, up 1.6%, but with so few sales that number can swing widely. There's about 3.0 months of supply.

With so few sales, read these numbers with caution: a single sale can swing the median. The median single-family sale was $620,000, up 1.6% from $610,000 last summer, and price per square foot rose 2.6% to $320. The typical home sold for 98.6% of its list price, with a median of 43 days on market, compared with 22 last year. More sales included a seller concession: 26% compared with 7%.
For context, from April through June the median single-family sale was $609,000, and 27% of homes sold over asking.
Right now, as of October 1, 2026: 27 single-family homes are for sale and another 18 are under agreement. That's roughly 3.0 months of supply, closer to a balanced market. Fourteen of the 27 active listings have already cut their price, and new listings were up 104.5% this summer, so buyers have more to choose from than last year.
Condominiums
Freetown's condo market is small: 3 condos sold this summer compared with none last summer. That's too few to read a reliable price trend. None are for sale or under agreement as of October 1, 2026.
What it means if you own in Freetown
Freetown prices held steady this summer, though most homes sold at or below asking. With more sellers listing than last year, pricing right from day one matters. In a market this small, one sale can change the picture. Townwide numbers can't tell you what your home is worth. Your street, your updates and your timing all move the number.
