The median single-family sale was $860,000, up 9.6% from $785,000 last summer, while price per square foot fell 4.3% to $374, so the higher median reflects which homes sold more than rising values. The typical home sold for 102.4% of its list price, with a median of 19 days on market, faster than last year's 20. More sales included a seller concession: 22% compared with 4%.
For context, from April through June the median single-family sale was $678,638, and 73% of homes sold over asking.
Right now, as of October 1, 2026: 17 single-family homes are for sale and another 12 are under agreement. That's roughly 1.4 months of supply, still a seller's market. Nine of the 17 active listings have already cut their price, and new listings were up 60.0% this summer, so buyers have more to choose from than last year.
Condominiums
Littleton's condo market is small: 2 condos sold this summer compared with 1 last summer. That's too few to read a reliable price trend. As of October 1, 2026, there are 4 condos for sale and 2 under agreement.
What it means if you own in Littleton
Littleton's median price rose this summer, and most homes still sold over asking. Very little is for sale, so well-priced homes still draw strong interest. Townwide numbers can't tell you what your home is worth. Your street, your updates and your timing all move the number.
