The median single-family sale was $667,000, up 5.0% from $635,000 last summer, while price per square foot fell 3.8% to $327, so the higher median reflects which homes sold more than rising values. The typical home sold for 101.1% of its list price, with a median of 18 days on market, faster than last year's 22. More sales included a seller concession: 19% compared with 13%.

For context, from April through June the median single-family sale was $720,000, and 76% of homes sold over asking.

Right now, as of October 1, 2026: 27 single-family homes are for sale and another 15 are under agreement. That's roughly 2.6 months of supply, still a seller's market. Fourteen of the 27 active listings have already cut their price.

Condominiums

Norton's condo market is small: 11 condos sold this summer compared with 13 last summer. That's too few to read a reliable price trend. As of October 1, 2026, there are 12 condos for sale and 6 under agreement.
