The median single-family sale was $660,000, up 9.5% from $602,500 last summer, and price per square foot rose 4.8% to $327. The typical home sold for 100.0% of its list price, with a median of 22.5 days on market, faster than last year's 30.5. More sales included a seller concession: 20% compared with 4%.

Right now, as of October 1, 2026: 28 single-family homes are for sale and another 9 are under agreement. That's roughly 2.1 months of supply, still a seller's market. Thirteen of the 28 active listings have already cut their price.

Condominiums

Raynham's condo market is small: 10 condos sold this summer compared with 9 last summer. That's too few to read a reliable price trend. As of October 1, 2026, there are 8 condos for sale and 16 under agreement.
